PLE Youth Volunteer Program Introduction
Peer to peer teaching has students take on a teaching role in a school setting in order to share their knowledge with other students. To bridge the educational and cultural gap and help students with different cultural backgrounds, Princeton Learning Experience has set up Youth Volunteer Program for Online Peer to Peer Teaching since 2015. While this program helps a lot of local American students and a lot of students in China learn Common Core State Standards (CCSS) courses and American style English, it also has attracted many passionate American youth to volunteer their time and talents. PLE continuously provides a supportive and positive educational environment to benefit children in both USA and China, especially in current global health crisis situation. Through this program, children will have the opportunities to learn language and culture of the other side, develop leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence, personal growth, social intelligence. This program inspires students become global citizens and effective communicators. We encourage American youth to apply for our Youth Volunteer Program and make your contribution to change the world.
